Dr Danqi Li is currently a Senior Lecturer in rock mechanics in WA School of Mines, Curtin University. Prior to this role, he had been an assistant lecturer in Monash University from 2019 to 2021. He finished his Bachelor of Mining Engineering with first class honours and PhD from UNSW Sydney in 2014 and 2019, respectively. His research interests include rock reinforcement, ground support, backfilling paste optimisation, point cloud data analysis, rock mass characterisation, in-situ stress measurement and cementitious/resin grout quality control, etc.
