Marek Borowski

Marek Józef Borowski is a university professor at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, where he serves as Associate Dean at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Resource Management. He was born on 14 March 1969 in Oświęcim. His main areas of research are environmental engineering, especially ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration. He has extensive experience in project management, transferring research results to industry and securing national and international cooperation. Marek Borowski, Ph.D., is the author of numerous scientific publications, monographs and expert reports for companies and government institutions. He is also an active member of many committees and scientific organisations, such as the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe of the Group of Experts on Coal Mine Methane and Just Transmission.
