Somayeh is a highly experienced mining engineer with over 10 years of experience in underground mining and geotechnical engineering. She has a PhD in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Queensland and has worked in a variety of roles in the mining industry, including mine design, planning, geotechnical analysis, and operational optimization. In addition to her industry experience, she has also contributed to academia through her lecturing experience, sharing her expertise and insights with aspiring engineers.
