Shujaat is a mining and minerals engineer currently completing his PhD in Mineral Processing at the Julius Kruttschnitt Mineral Research Centre, Sustainable Minerals Institute, the University of Queensland. He holds a Master of Science in Geometallurgy and a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Mining Engineering.

With experience in mining operations, consulting, and research, Shujaat has developed a strong skill set in metallurgical processes, geometallurgy, mine planning, management, communication, and problem-solving. He is dedicated to advancing mineral processing and making a positive impact by integrating sustainable principles into operations, fostering a more sustainable future for the industry.
