Dr. Volha (Olga) Yahorava is a Principal Chemist (Ion Exchange) at Clean TeQ Water in Australia. With a strong background in hydrometallurgical flowsheet development and optimization, she specializes in leveraging ion exchange technology to address complex challenges in the water and mining industries.
Dr. Yahorava holds a PhD in Chemistry and has made significant contributions to the field through her extensive research and practical expertise. Her work has been recognized with several patents and she has authored numerous publications in the hydrometallurgical domain.
Having spent 12 years at the Hydrometallurgical division of Mintek in South Africa, Dr. Yahorava brings a wealth of experience to her current role. At Clean TeQ Water, an engineering technology company, she provides customized solutions to clients with diverse needs in the water and mining sectors.
Throughout her career, Dr. Yahorava has been involved in numerous projects focused on processing and refining of base metals, uranium, platinum group metals (PGMs), rare earth elements (REE), gold, and lithium.
