Ntshiri Batlile Tsae is currently is pursuing her Doctoral Degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering in Akita University specializing in artificial intelligence in relation to strategic resource estimation. She has also authored a research paper and delivered presentations at international mining conferences, sharing her insights on mine optimization and sustainable mining practices.
Tsae completed her Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering from a renowned university, Laurentian University where she developed a strong foundation in mining principles. After completing her education, Tsae joined a leading mining company, where she quickly rose through the ranks due to her exceptional technical skills and leadership abilities. She is an accomplished mining engineer with over 3 years of experience in the mining industry. Her expertise lies in mine planning, drilling and blasting, and strategic resource optimization.She has successfully worked in large-scale mining operations, implementing efficient mining techniques and ensuring adherence to safety standard. Tsae has worked on numerous mining projects at BCL Limited, gaining extensive knowledge of various mining methods and technologies. She then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Mineral Economics, specializing in the economic valuation of mines at Akita University.
As a seasoned mining engineer, Tsae has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the industry. She has actively contributed to the development of innovative mining technologies and sustainable practices. Tsae is passionate about promoting responsible mining practices that prioritize environmental stewardship and community engagement
