Richard grew up at the El Teniente mining town in Chile. He has a PhD in Chemistry from Berkeley, and an MBA from the Adolfo Ibañez Business School, and all his career has been related to Mining and Water.
He is currently Senior Technology Manager with Metso based in Madrid, supporting water technology development globally.
